Atlanta's Sena out for full season
ATLANTA - Atlanta's centerfielder Leo
Sena will miss the rest of the season. He injured
himself running the bases in the game between Atlanta
and Philadelphia. The injury didn't seem to be serious
the moment it happened. But suddenly Sena collapsed
in pain and had to be carried off the field. Sena was
rushed to an hospital near the ballpark, where doctors
took x-rays. Those revealed the serious injury, Torn
Groin Muscle. His season features a batting average
of .337 (29 hits in 86 AB), 9 doubles, 2 triples and
2 taters. Sena collected 15 RBI and 15 runs as well.
